White Polenta with Broccoli

Ingredients: 
  • Maize meal pre-cooked: 94% (origin: Italy)
  • Dried broccoli: 3%
  • Dried peppers, dried garlic, and dried leeks: 3%
Serving 4 people Cooking time: 5 min 1.5 litres of boiling water Nutritional value per 100g: 1564kJ (370 kcal) Preparation: 1. For every 100 grams of rice, add 500 ml of water. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. 3. When the water starts boiling, pour all the products into the pot while at the same time stirring briskly to prevent lumps from forming. 5. Cook slowly, stirring continuously  for about 5 minutes. 7. Remove from heat. Pour onto a large plate and season to your taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. 9. Stir well and serve hot.
