1.5 litres of boiling water

Preparation:
1. For every 100 grams of rice, add 500 ml of water.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
3. When the water starts boiling, pour all the products into the pot while at the same time stirring briskly to prevent lumps from forming.
5. Cook slowly, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat. Pour onto a large plate and season to your taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
9. Stir well and serve hot.
