Preparation:
Place the content of the packet into a wide and low pot. Cover the soup with boiling water (1 Ltr). Add diced garlic, celery, carrot and 1 fresh tomato. Allow to cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes. Add more hot water if necessary. Add salt to your taste (about 2 tsp). Season with butter or extra virgin olive oil. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
