• Mix of dried legumes (beans, soya beans, lentils, chickpeas, chicklings, broad beans). Legumes of EU and non EU origin.

Serving 4 people Cooking time: 60 min Nutritional value per 100g: 1490kJ (351 kcal) Preparation: Soak the product in cool water for at least 8 hours. Drain it and place it in a pot with fresh water (the water level should exceed 2 cm the level of the soup). Add diced garlic, celery, carrot and 1 fresh tomato. Allow to cook on a low heat for about 60 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Add salt to your taste (about 2 tsp). Season with butter or some extra virgin olive oil.
