All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments via third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.

1. 6. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and timeframes vary based on order size, weight, and location.

• • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days (unless otherwise stated).
  • Express and pallet deliveries are available for certain products.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Once dispatched, the risk in the goods passes to you.
Any delivery delays caused by courier or customs issues are outside our control, though we will always do our best to assist.

1. 7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• • Perishable and Food Items

For food, beverage and perishable goods, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• • Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items (e.g., equipment, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

• • Unused, in original packaging, and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

• • Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

For wholesale or trade orders:

  • Orders placed on credit accounts are subject to credit approval.
  • Title of goods remains with Tastely Ltd until payment is received in full.

Once shipped, you may still return eligible items under our returns policy above.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

By participating in the Tastely Loyalty and Referral Scheme, you agree to the following terms:

• • Reward points are earned through qualifying purchases and successful referrals made via the Tastely referral link.
  • Referral rewards are only granted once the referred customer has joined and completed a purchase through the referral link you provided.
  • Points accumulated through purchases or referrals hold no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • Points may only be redeemed as discounts or credits toward future purchases made exclusively on the Tastely website.
  • Tastely Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty and referral scheme, or to adjust point values, at any time without prior notice.
  • Any misuse of the scheme, including fraudulent referrals or abuse of the system, may result in forfeiture of points and/or account suspension.

Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
