This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through www.tastely.co.uk.
- Right to Return
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns requested outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- Food & Hygiene Exemptions
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used food products
- Perishable goods
- Products that have been damaged due to improper storage after delivery
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

- The reason for the return
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Tastely cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return eligibility criteria.

- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@tastely.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
