This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through www.tastely.co.uk.

  1. Right to Return

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns requested outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

  1. Food & Hygiene Exemptions

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage after delivery

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

 

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Tastely cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return eligibility criteria.

 

  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@tastely.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

This policy operates in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
