Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced directly from selected Italian and Mediterranean producers known for their quality, authenticity, and traditional craftsmanship.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with standard UK delivery taking 2–4 working days. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of receipt and contact our customer care team at info@tastely.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a swift replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods are exempt for hygiene reasons.
Can I buy your products in stores?
Tastely products are available online and through selected cafés, restaurants, and retail partners across the UK. Contact us to find your nearest stockist.

How can I open a trade account with Tastely?
You can apply for a trade account by emailing info@tastely.co.uk or completing the online application form. Once approved, you’ll gain access to trade pricing and exclusive offers.
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes. Subject to approval, trade clients may apply for 30-day credit terms after an initial trading period and satisfactory account history.
What is your minimum order for trade clients?
Our standard minimum order is £150. Larger volume or pallet orders may qualify for additional discounts.
Do you provide samples for cafés and restaurants?
Yes. We can provide tasting samples of our coffee and selected food products to approved trade clients, allowing you to try our products with confidence. Shipping or nominal sample fees may apply.
Do you offer equipment supply or support?
Yes. Tastely, through our sister company, offers full commercial equipment supply, and maintenance for cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
